Connect. Recharge. Refocus.

Sometimes taking a step back is the best way to move forward. We understand that you know what it takes to be courageous and innovative.

Headed by Zac and Sip de Silva, this is an event specifically designed for the NZ business community, for leaders who want personal development, wellness, and inspiration from those who have actually walked the walk and come out the other side, triumphant!

Nurture Change came from an idea profit & growth coach Zac de Silva had to help his clients find inspiration, relaxation and connection, away from their daily grind. His suggestion of a working holiday in Fiji got immediate buy-in from his clients, and quickly escalated to the business retreat idea. Today, Nurture Change is in its sixth year and has impacted over a thousand business leaders.

Determined to help business owners and leaders focus not only on improving their business skills, but also to recognise their health and work on their wellness, Zac and Sip have put together a five-day event that facilitates both.

Hayley Thompson, Tami and Paul Roos, along with Libby and Justin Babet later joined the Nurture Group and with their experience and expertise we launched Nurture Her, a womens-only event, and Nurture 360, a business retreat for Australian business owners.
